All users understand that each and every time that use is made of the service that the prevailing Terms and Conditions apply; whichever were in force at the time of application for use. 7.Miscellaneous.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India applicable to agreements made and to be performed in India.
